Hi Parents,

Do you love reading? We receive thousands of books in the past book exchange events. It is a considerable effort to sort the books into different grade-level. Your help is a great way to support Hoover and encourage our kids to read more. If you are interested in helping out, please signup for the following volunteer opportunities.

On 12/12 (Mon): We will sort the book and distribute it back to the classes. Sorting takes 1-2 hours, beginning at ~8:00 AM in the MP Room when the books arrive from the classrooms. We understand you will be busy with work or other prior commitments, so please stay for as little or as long as you'd like--everyone is welcome!


On 12/16 (Fri): We will collect the leftover books from each classroom and place them outside the principal office to welcome any kids who want to bring more books home to read. In addition, we will store all the empty boxes in the MP room attic.
