Dear Hoover Community,
It's almost here! Hoover Family Social @ Greendell on Friday, August 25th from 5-7pm!
A few friendly reminders:
-Entrance will be at the front desk gate. See attached map for more information.
-This is not a Drop Off event. A parent or guardian must be present with your child/children.
-After school vendors will be available for you to meet and answer questions. Here is the link to the after school program offerings. More vendors will be added as they get approved from the District.
-Dinner is not provided. A light snack will be provided so plan accordingly. We are not able to accommodate food allergies.
-Water is provided but bringing your own water bottle to refill at the water stations (Rm11) is helpful.
-Bathrooms will be between Rm10 and Rm11 plus Rm4 at the entrance.
-The Upper Village (Grades 4 & 5) area will be closed.
-Sunscreen is recommended.
-Give extra time for parking and walking into campus.
