Hillcrest Benefit & Auction: London Calling!

It's time to answer the call, Hillcrest! Only TWO MORE DAYS  to donate & buy tickets! 

 

WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT THIS IS HILLCREST’S BIGGEST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR?
The Benefit is our biggest fundraiser of the year and is responsible for a lot of really important stuff for our kids. The money we raise pays for the Hillcrest library and our wonderful librarian Mr. Pabst. It pays for Toolbox and the fantastic Ms. Alia. It pays for Spanish and the amazing Ms. Rueda, Mr. Rodriguez and our IT classes, our Art Program, Reading Specialist, and many more programs and facilities upgrades! The Benefit typically raises 350K each year. Due to the pandemic, we raised half of this amount last year, which we need to sustain these programs at our school.
 
WE NEED DONATIONS AND PARTICIPATION - Due by THIS FRIDAY
Have a favorite local restaurant to support with a gift certificate? A skill or service that you can share? Have access to a vacation home or tickets to a sporting event, local museum, or upcoming performance? Have an idea for a great party you can throw for fellow parents? Still aren’t sure? INSTANT WINE CELLAR
Donate wine! An easy way to contribute is by donating bottles of wine for inclusion in our Instant Wine Cellar package. You can leave your wine donations on the porch at 233 Mandalay Road (Nova and Dave’s house), or with volunteers at drop-off this Friday both on Marguerite and at the Mandalay Gate. To receive credit for your donation, please be sure to fill out THIS FORM.
 
Tickets are going fast!! Please note that proof of vaccination AND a negative COVID test are required to attend this event: Purchase tickets HERE by THIS FRIDAY 10/22/21.

Ticket pricing:

  • Per couple - $250- Includes dinner (outdoors)
  • Single - $125- includes dinner (outdoors)
  • Bidder Only - $75 - register online but make check payable to The Claremont Club & Spa, A Fairmont Hotel and leave in the Benefit envelope in the office.
