Hello Hillcrest Community! the 8th grade Washington DC planning committee wants to invite you to a fundraiser for the 8th grade Washington DC Field Trip!!!
- When: Sat. Dec. 4th!!! ***YARD SALE!!!*** mark your calendars!!!
- Where: Hillcrest front Lawn
ITEMS TO DONATE?: We will be collecting items in front of school Monday, November 29-Friday, December 3 from 8:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m(items can also be dropped off at 233 Mandalay Rd across from the school any time that week.)
Have old clothes your kids have outgrown? Toys they no longer play with? Is your garage and storage overflowing with unwanted items. Why wait for Spring Cleaning when you can clean out the clutter now?!
- We're asking all of our Hillcrest families to donate any items *in good/working condition that people will want to buy* that they no longer want or need...clothes, toys, books, gear, etc! We will in turn sell those items back to the community, with all funds raised to go toward the cost of the trip and ensuring equitable access so all students who want to go can.
- More information to come soon! In the meantime, please look around your house for items you wish to part with. Your contributions will help make the Washington DC field trip a reality, and it will hopefully become an annual tradition for all the grades to follow!
