The Social Emotional Learning Program, Toolbox, K-5, and Restorative Practices, 6-8, are being used daily at Hillcrest by teachers, staff, and students. One way we evaluate our programs is to obtain feedback. We do that both informally, and formally. One important data point is the California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS). The CHKS is given once a year in California to all students grades 5-8, all staff, and all parents. We want to hear your voice! Please take a few moments to fill out the OUSD parent survey. We want to know how to serve your family better. Hillcrest Parent CHKS Survey Link If you have any questions please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or 510-879-1270.
