Volunteers Needed for Benefit Day-Of Set Up

Have you been looking for a way to help with benefit set up, but weren’t sure how?  Do you have 1-3 hours on Saturday morning, and a desire to help make a difference for our school? Then COME ON DOWN!


On Saturday, 11/3 between 9am and 1pm, we need about 20 people to spend 1-3 hours to help set up the silent auction room. We'd like 2-4 people per grade to help spread the work around. This is a great chance to meet other parents in the school while helping make the night a success.  We will be setting out bid sheets and auction item descriptions, putting up poster boards for display, and displaying all of the physical auction items (think wine bottles, class projects, art items, etc.).  Expect to get a bit dirty/dusty, and do some light lifting. You are welcome to bring your child IF they are willing to work and won’t require much supervision.  This is a great opportunity for those of you who cannot give a ton of time, but want to do your part.
