Volunteers needed for remaining 5 weeks of school - Check In Process

Hillcrest will continue to need volunteers for the next five weeks (remainder of 20-21 school year) to assist with the student check-in process.  Days/Times needed are Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri from 12:10pm to 1pm.  Volunteers will help:

  • Check students in (e.g., verify daily COVID Health Screening form is complete, keep lines moving),
  • Direct student foot traffic so kids in each grade know where to line up.

We will need five (5) volunteers at the Mandalay Gate/playground with Principal McCormick to assist with 1st-6th grades, and one (1) volunteer at the Kindergarten entrance with two Hillcrest/OUSD staff members to assist our Kinder families.
