We will hold our first basket auction planning meeting next Thursday, November 16th at 7:00 PM in the Hillcrest Cafeteria. It is important that everyone be there so that we can get a sense of the number of volunteers we have, the jobs people would like to do, and the leads for the different subcommittees. We will plan all of this, as well as make and plan for other necessary components of the auction. If you know of anyone that may be interested in helping out, please bring those people with you!
The basket auction is a huge undertaking and takes a lot of volunteers to be successful. If there are not enough people willing to help and volunteer their time, we will not be able to run this massive fundraiser.
If you are unable to attend, please send me an email letting me know that you are still interested in helping, the jobs you are willing to undertake, and your availability.
