Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Gertrude Hawk Chocolate orders will be delivered to Hillcrest School on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. The boxes will be placed by grade on the stage in the Hillcrest School Gymnasium. They will be available to pick up between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm.
Please make arrangements to pick up your items by no later than Friday, March 17, 2017 as we can not guarantee their safekeeping over the weekend. Please also make sure to check your orders for accuracy before leaving as well as sign your receipt on the provided sheet.
The winners of the Hillcrest PTO incentives are as follows:
- The classroom which has the highest sales amount will earn a party given by the PTO: Ms. Manning’s class with a total sale amount of $842.00
- The teacher of the classroom which has the highest number of participants, regardless of $ amount, will receive a $10 certificate for the Spring BOGO Book Fair: there were four classes with 4 participants each; in order to break the tie, we will award this prize to the class with the highest sale amount and that class is Ms. Thomas’ with $660.00.
- All students who sell more than 10 items will receive additional prizes from the PTO: these students are Eric Brennan, Hanna Garcia, India Thomas, Julissa Valencia, Owen Germain, Elijah Fenwick, Logan Bernhardt, Daniel Straub, Vanessa Merino and Jessica Byrd.
- The student who raises the highest $ amount will receive a $50 restaurant card from the PTO: there was a tie between Avery Bell and Nicole Udarnauth who each sold over $800.00
