PTA Membership Drive & Fall Fundraiser 

September 15th to October 8th, 2021

 

At the beginning of every school year, we ask families to join our very amazing HOLMES PTA

Association and every fall we have our traditional Fall Fundraiser. This year we are offering

some fun  incentives to encourage your family to Join & Donate

 

All Classroom and Student Contests will run September 15th to October 8th, 2021.

Many of the student programs and events here at Holmes do not happen without your

donations and support! We are offering many student, teacher, and grade level prizes.

Remember-these programs all benefit our Holmes kids and none of them would happen without

your donations and support. We are aiming to collect $50 per student to reach our school goal of $25,000!

 

STEP 1: JOIN OUR HOLMES PTA!

Joining the Holmes PTA gives you a voice and a vote concerning YOUR school. Our goal, as always, is to have 100% of our families belonging to our PTA! We’ve set the bar high…how high can you reach?

 

1. Classroom Contest: All classes to reach 100% Membership will receive a Popsicle Party!

*NOTE: 100% participation is achieved when at least one parent per student in each class joins PTA. For families with multiple students at Holmes, ONLY 1 membership per family is needed for all children in your family to receive contest credit.

 

2. Individual Benefits: Please visit: https://capta.org/join/member-perks/ for all your yearly savings and discounts.

 

STEP 2: DONATE TO THE FALL FUNDRAISER!

100% of your PTA donations go to support many great programs such as Arts Attack, Choral Music, School Gardens, and much, much more!

 

1. Classroom Contest: The TOP FUNDRAISING class in each grade level, that brings in the most donations per student, will receive $100 in Book Fair Dollars to spend on their classroom.

* **Please note that in order to make the contest fair we will take the average $$ donated per student-at the end of the fundraising period. We will take the total dollars donated per classroom and will divide it by the number of students in the class.

 

2. Student Opportunity Drawing: For every $50 a family donates, we will enter your child(ren)’s into our opportunity drawing to win one of the following prizes: Skateboard, Polaroid Sport Action Camera, Echo Dot Speaker & $75 Target Gift Card

 

STEP 3: GIVE CREDIT TO THE KIDS!

List the full name and teacher for each of your student(s). Each student will receive credit for the membership and donations.

 

STEP 4: PAY ONLINE!

You will be able to add and pay for your PTA membership and donation. You'll receive a receipt through Konstella instantly. 

 

STEP 5: CHECK OUT THE FUNDRAISING CONTEST & PRIZES!
