School Materials Pick-up Day is Tomorrow, FRIDAY!

In case you missed this message from Principal Saipe:

We are distributing start-up instructional materials to all students this Friday, September 4th.  Please read below for safety procedures and pick-up schedule.


Please have a piece of 8.5”x 11” paper with the following information clearly written:

  • Student’s First and Last Name

  • Student’s Grade (for 2020-21 school year)


Please follow the guidelines below when coming to campus:

  • Come to our campus PARKING LOT at your designated time. You can choose to walk up or drive through. As a  line forms, we ask that cars line up along Mt. Ararat Dr. so not to block traffic.

  • We ask that whether in a car or walking that you and everyone in your party  wear a face covering.

  • Please do not get out of your vehicle if you are driving and respect all social distancing guidelines if you are walking up.


Pick-up procedure will be as follows:

  1. Enter the staff parking lot on Mt. Ararat Dr.

  2. Show the paper identifying your student to the welcome staff.

  3. Proceed to table stations as directed by staff, PLEASE STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE, and open your trunk.

  4. A staff member will verify your student’s name and place school materials in your trunk.

  5. Proceed to exit the parking lot.

9:00am - 10:00am

1st Grade

10:00am - 11:00am

2nd Grade

11:00am - 12:00am

3rd Grade

12:00pm - 1:00pm

4th Grade

1:00pm - 2:00pm

5th Grade

2:00pm - 3:00pm




What if I can’t make my designated time?

Please look at the schedule and find another time you can come. You can also call the office at 858-496-8110 or email to make arrangements.


If I have multiple children, do I need to come multiple times?

No, pick a designated time that works best for you and pick up computers for all your children at one time.


Can I bring my child with me?

Absolutely!  As long as you and your child wear a face covering abide by all social distancing guidelines.


I am high-risk and do not feel comfortable leaving my house. What do I do?

We understand that we are dealing with  difficult times. Please call the office at 858-496-8110 or email Raquel Gonzalez at and we will work with you.


Can I pick up items for my friend’s child?

No. Unfortunately we can only release items to the student or designated family member. 


What if I didn’t pick up a computer last week, can I receive it on Friday?

Yes,  we will provide computers and student ID and password for all new or returning students (who did not receive one last year)
