FINAL DETAILS FOR AUCTION & PARTY

It's finally here! Ready to have a fun evening at Huff PTA's 22nd Annual Auction & Party? Here are some logistical details to help you get there:

TIME AND LOCATION: Event is tomorrow evening, Saturday, Nov. 2, from 6pm to 11pm at Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak & Pub inside Levi's Stadium.

  • 4:30pm: Huff YMCA Kids Place opens ('til 10:30) for those who reserved a childcare spot in advance.
  • 5:00pm: Pre-Auction Cocktail Hour at 49ers museum in Levi's Stadium (entry purchased online during Auction pre-registration, or limited tickets available at the door at 4:45pm)
  • 6:00pm: Check-in/Arrival begins at Auction Party.
  • 6:30pm: Bidding begins on silent auction items
  • 8:00pm: Live auction begins

PRE-REGISTERING: It's not required to attend, but pre-registering and vaulting your credit card will save you time when you arrive. 

DRESS CODE: There's no dress code! Just wear something nice, fun or festive. It's a party!

GETTING THERE: Address for the event is 4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way, Santa Clara.  For Rideshare services or Google Maps, just plug in "Michael Mina Bourbon Pub" as the destination. There's a sign on the exterior of the stadium. Follow signs to check-in for the event.  

PARKING: There is limited street parking available beside the stadium on Tasman Blvd. and in front of the restaurant on Marie P DeBartolo Way. Otherwise the best option for free parking is a large lot across Tasman Blvd. from the stadium (see map attached).  As you drive up Tasman, stadium is on the RIGHT. Take a LEFT at the intersection of Tasman & Marie P DeBartolo Way. Drive to the stop sign, take a left the T-section and the parking lot is on your left. It's a short walk from the lot across Tasman to the stadium.
