Registration and Catalog of Auction Items Are Online
It is time to register for A Wonderfully Wicked Evening and check out the amazing catalog of items that will be available at the auction. Our auction site has online registration and you can view our view our online catalog or download the PDF version to read at your leisure.
This annual event is the Huff community’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and we need your support to make the event a success! The auction is FREE to attend, but we strongly encourage you to register in advance so you can avoid the long registration line on the evening of the event.
Volunteer to Help
Please consider volunteering an hour or two of your time this week to help with auction preparations, day of event setup, checkout, and more. Check out our signup sheet for jobs and items you could loan for the evening (such as water dispensers, folding tables and more).
Purchase Raffle Tickets
One of the fun ways the PTA raises money for our Huff students and staff is a raffle. This year we have three raffles: Four Disneyland Park Hopper Tickets, Premier Huff Parking, and Staff Prizes. Also, every auction attendee will receive ONE FREE raffle ticket on the evening of the event to enter the raffle of their choice. Winners for the three raffles will be selected at the auction. You do not need to be present to win, but we hope everyone will be there!. Raffle tickets were sent home in your child’s Friday folder. Each ticket is $5 or 5 tickets for $20. Please return the attached form with cash or check (made out to Huff PTA) at the Huff office. We will also be selling tickets at school, outside of the office, all this week.
Reserve Childcare for Auction Night
YMCA Kids Place at Huff will provide child care on Auction night, October 27. Kids will enjoy an evening of fun, food (dinner & dessert), plus games. Reservations are required in advance. Sign-up sheets are available at Kids Place. Space is limited so reserve today. For more details contact Director Whitney Losh-Johnson at Whitney.Losh-Johnson@ymcasv.org or (650)-567-9928.
