Tomorrow (Wednesday, Oct 24) is Unity Day! This is a nationally recognized day to promote kindness and prevent bullying. In order to bring awareness to this message, students, parents, staff and faculty are encouraged to wear orange on Wednesday, Oct. 24.
Wearing orange creates a visible way to show that bullying is never acceptable behavior. During morning recess, students can write positive messages and draw images on the blacktop to "paint the school kind" with chalk, and we will have a dance party with a focus on inclusion and unity. Parents are welcome to join!
Thanks for helping us support Unity Day at Huff!
