Winter Wonderland: Snow Festival.

Hugo Reid PTSA is excited to be sponsoring the Winter Wonderland: Snow Festival on Saturday, December 11! We will be bringing in 15 tons of snow to create 2 sled runs and a play area, plus games, crafts, a prize raffle, and photo opportunities. To make this a safe and successful event, we will need a lot of volunteer help!

Volunteers must be masked at all times and show proof of Covid vaccination or a negative Covid test taken in the past 7 days.

All volunteers are insured priority ticket purchase for their children if signed up by December 3. When signing up please note how many tickets you will be purchasing and which time slot (1 to 3 pm or 3 to 5pm).

Volunteer Coordinators will receive 4 "fast passes" for each of their children to be used in the sledding line in conjunction with their purchased tickets.

Volunteers who work a one hour shift will receive 2 "fast passes" for their child to use in the sledding line in conjunctions with their purchased ticket.

You are welcomed to sign up for more than one one shift to earn more passes for your kids! (Please note that the "fast passes" are not tickets to the event. The passes can be used in conjunctions with purchased ticket to bypass the sledding line)
