VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Hutchinson will be having field day on Friday, May 9th. The schedule for the field day portion of the day is:

8:30-10:30 Grades PK, 3rd, 4th, 5th

12:30-2:30 Grades Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd

We are looking for parent volunteers to help. In addition to the field day activities we will have classes in the gym doing the imagination playground, as well as inflatables right outside of the gym. We are looking for parent volunteers to help with all of these events which will be happening all day starting at 8:00 and ending at 2:30. If you are willing to help out, please email Coach Southern at jake.southern@jeffcoschools.us.

For field day, please remember to have your student put on sunscreen and bring a water bottle. They should wear comfortable clothing that they are able to do games in, and tennis shoes. No swimsuits or sandals please.

If there are poor weather conditions field day will be moved to Monday May 12th. 

Parents, please note that if you would like your student to be able to participate on the inflatables and climbing wall, you must sign the permission slip that came home in last weeks Friday folders. The climbing wall will not be part of field day but we will be using it in PE class during the final few weeks of school. There are also copies in the main office at Hutchinson.
