Brought back in the Spring of 2024, the Gala is the PTA's largest fundraising and community building effort of the Spring. It includes a cocktail reception in addition to silent and live auctions. 

While our greatest need is typically help securing items of the silent auction, there are a variety of ways to contribute to the event: 

• General Planning - Oversee the logistical aspects of the event, including vendor rentals, venue setup, decorations, and day of arrangements.

• Silent and Live Auction: Leverage your connections and creativity to solicit exciting items that will attract generous bids. 

• Sponsorship: Working in partnership with the Sponsorship Committee to solicit local businesses and families for sponsorships. 
  
  
• Communications - Keep families informed about the event through newsletters and social media to ensure maximum attendance. 

We'll start with monthly meetings and then increase the frequency of meetings at both the committee and sub-committee level as we get closer to the date of the gala.
