Congrats on finishing your first week of school! We hope you had a wonderful time meeting your teachers, classmates, and returning to the school rhythm. 

Did you know that the PTA works year-round to support our school, strengthen the Imai community, and having fun doing it? We rely on volunteers, so if you have any interest, we encourage you to get involved, jump in, and make this your community. Read below or check our website for more details!

PARENTS NIGHT OUT 2024 (PTA Auction & Fundraiser): We are excited to continue our tradition of family, teacher, and classroom-hosted parties. These parties are a fantastic way to support the Imai PTA and connect with our community. How can you help make this year’s event a success?

• Consider hosting a party or event (or two or three!) with another family or on your own. Sign up here today! Here are some ideas for inspiration - cookie decorating, pizza/movie night, family pool party, holiday mom’s party, karaoke night, and many many more!
• Join the Auction Committee: Help plan/coordinate the event, or we are also seeking individuals who may have limited availability but wish to assist with tasks before, during, or after the event. Q’s? Contact auction@imaipta.org [Liza Hoyne and Kamal Naran]

• Registration is open for After School Programs for Aug - Dec 2024. Bookmark this link and check it often for updates: https://sites.google.com/view/imaiafterschool
• For classes that are full, please register for the waitlist to indicate interest and they can add capacity.
• To suggest a vendor or program to be considered, or for general questions, email  imaiafterschool@gmail.com
• Join the Konstella → Social Groups → After School Care Needs for real-time updates and quick answers from the parent community.

KONSTELLA REMINDERS:

• Please place your students into their classroom on Konstella. This helps parents and teachers in your classroom communicate with each other 
• Directions: On a computer: Log into Konstella.com → Click on your name at the top left → Select "your children" and then, for each student, "Join Classroom" to place your students in their respective rooms.
• If you know a family new to Imai, invite them to join Konstella. 
• Directions: Direct them to https://www.konstella.com/cd/XCAZGL → Enter email address → Click “Join as a parent” → Check email for an invitation from Konstella, and Click “Join Imai Parents / / Imai PTA”.
