Imai’s biggest fundraiser of the year is one month away! Parents’ Night Out takes a team, and we need everyone’s help to make it a victory for our school. Read on for all the details and ways to get involved!

THE 27TH ANNUAL PARENTS’ NIGHT OUT
– PTA Fundraiser & Auction –
Friday, November 13th 6:00-11:00 PM at Levi's Stadium
What is Parents’ Night Out? It is Imai PTA's biggest fundraiser of the year. It is a FREE, ADULTS ONLY PARTY held at Levi’s Stadium.
What is included? Food, drinks, music, entertainment, chance to sign up for auction parties, and a live auction with incredible items to bid on.
What kind of items will be up for bid? Fun grade-level activities featuring your kid's favorite teachers, Imai staff and their classmates, Principal for a Day, Family Movie Night, adults-only Tacos and Tequila tasting, fun challenges, and much, much more!
Do I have to register? Registration is mandatory. The event is free, but you will need to vault your credit card at registration to assist with check-out for any items you may purchase or win.
How can I help make this event successful? There are so many ways!

We need your support! Help us build a robust catalog by hosting a simple party or experience. You don't just donate an item—you provide a fun, shared experience that truly brings our community together.

DONATE AN ITEM

Email auction@imaipta.org if you have an item you’re willing to donate for the silent auction. Examples:

Memorabilia - signed jersey, trading cards, rare merchandise

Vacation home or timeshare stays

Event tickets to sporting events or concerts

Personal skill - baking, face painting, pottery

BE A VOLUNTEER

We will be sending out a volunteer sign-up sheet shortly for day-of help needed at Levi’s Stadium.
