REMINDERS Before Thanksgiving Holiday!
  • Auction *FLASH SALE*: Silent auction ends Mon, 11/20. Still some great items (Napa Vacation, TK Field Trip) and plenty of kid, family, or adults-only parties to join! Check them out here. 
  • VOLUNTEERS needed for BOOK FAIR; sign-up here, hours/details here

AUCTION *FLASH SALE*: Don’t forget to bid on the silent auction or sign up for parties before the weekend!

  • Silent Auction: Bidding ends Mon, 11/20
    • Ex: Napa Vacation Rental, Airbnb in MV (need extra space for visiting relatives?), Field Trip to PA Jr. Museum & Zoo with TK teachers, plus more!
  • Party Sign-ups: Get to know Imai teachers, classmates, and families in small group settings at events from Dec-May
  • Fund a Need: Donate to a specific cause to help Imai PTA support our school

VOLUNTEERS needed for BOOK FAIR: Check out our website for book fair details - hours, guidelines, what to expect. AND, We can’t put on this community-loved event without volunteers! Urgent VOLUNTEER needs:

  • Fri, 11/17, 2:45-3:15 pm: Push bookshelves to clear space in library. (You can stop by after school pick up!)
  • Before Mon, 11/27: 10 folding tables needed, decoration help (can be done at home), 
  • Tues, 11/28, 8-10 am: Seeking 20 volunteers. Even if you can only come for part of the time, we’d still love your help. (Please just include a note when you sign up.) 
  • Wed, 11/29 - F, 12/1: Volunteers needed for classroom walk-through *during school hours*.
  • Many more volunteers needed to fill slots!
