THIS WEEK’s HIGHLIGHTS:

• Parents Night Out Fundraiser and Auction: The event is on 12/6! See below on how to RSVP, preview the catalog of auction items, and ways you can be involved.

• Holiday Gift Card Drive: We continue to collect gift card donations for the holidays. The donated gift cards will benefit Imai families in need first and the rest will be handed out to other families within the district who could use extra support. We are asking for Safeway, Target, Walmart or Costco gift cards for families to be able to purchase groceries. Please email them to Principal Siam at asiam@mvwsd.org or bring them to the office.

• Last day of the Google Holiday Giving Campaign is today! Google gives $400 per employee to give to a nonprofit of their choice.

• If you’re an employee, please consider donating to the Amy Imai Elementary PTA (Tax ID: 77-0492242) and/or Mountain View Educational Foundation (MVEF) (Tax ID: 77-0006770)

• Earn for Imai: MINTED (use code FUNDRAISEIMAI to get 20% off your orders, PTA gets 10% of sales back)

• After School Enrichment: Registration for Spring session (Jan-May) will be ready by December. You can check the list of activities offered and some enrollment may be open already.

• New for Spring: Chess (Mon) and Spanish (Tue)

PARENTS NIGHT OUT FUNDRAISER AND AUCTION

Saturday, Dec 6th 5:30-11:00 PM at Levi's Stadium

• The Auction is a FREE, ADULTS ONLY PARTY on December 6th at Levi's stadium.

• RSVP for Parents Night Out today to avoid the line at the door.

• PREVIEW THE AUCTION CATALOG and start compiling a list of what you would like to bid on or sign up for. More items are being added daily so be sure to check back occasionally.

• Silent Auction items spotlight:

• [TK-K] Palo Alto Jr. Museum outings

• [K-2] Tech Museum with STEAM teacher

• [2-5] Librarian for the day

• Orthodontics Certificates

• Party Run-Down

• 5:30 - Doors open for check-in, bar opens

• 6:00 - Rope drop for party signups

• 6:30 - Food is served - heavy appetizers (not formal sit down)

• 7:00 - Auction starts

• 8:00 - Coin Flip/Games

• 8:30 - Dancing (DJ!) and socializing

• 11:00 - Doors close

• You can still sign up to host a party or donate an item to the silent auction.

• There will be opportunities to help on event day - stay tuned for the signup sheet.
