Hi Imai Parents!

Beautification Day will take place this Sunday August 11th from 9AM - 1 PM.!!  We are excited to invite you back to campus to help freshen it up for the return of students and staff next week.   It is a family volunteer event so parents, students and siblings are invited to help us out.  It's also a great way for new students to feel comfortable with the campus and to meet other students. 

Beautification Day includes tasks such as updating the campus bulletin boards, planting new plants, weeding, painting, assembling student swag bags, sorting planners, possibly lending a hand to any teachers who are in their classrooms on Sunday and many other tasks.

You are welcome to stay any length of time but we do ask for a RSVP for your estimated arrival time (to help us determine how to best delegate tasks throughout the day and order the right amount of snacks / pizza). 

When you arrive on campus on Sunday, please head to the check-in station near the front office.  You'll be asked to sign in, sign a PTA waiver (needed once throughout the year for any PTA events) and will be directed to a task. 

Don't forget to wear clothes that might get a little dirty, bring a water bottle and a mask (if you'll be working indoors).
