STUDENT BUSINESS FAIR is BACK: Interested students and parents, please attend mandatory meeting next Th, Feb 1st from 5:30-6:30PM in the MUR.

• What is it? We are looking for young entrepreneurs with creative business ideas, who love to create, make, build and innovate to showcase their entrepreneurial spirit and skills. If that is you, come join us and let's have some fun! Our young kid-preneurs will develop a brand, create a product or service, build a marketing strategy, and engage with customers at our AM business fair marketplace. 
• Who can participate? Imai students, Grades 2-5
• When is the business fair? Sat, Apr 20 from 9 am - 12 pm

WALKATHON T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST: Calling all Imai artists! Submit your T-Shirt design by Fri, Feb 2 for a chance to be worn by all your fellow students at this year’s Rockathon Walkathon on Sat, Mar 16. Rules and conditions attached (or look in this week’s Friday Folder).

WALKATHON: Sat, Mar 16: Seeking 2-3 more parents to help with the Walkathon Planning Committee. Come help put on a beloved tradition that your kids will remember! No experience necessary. We’ll partner you with a current committee member tasked with managing back-end registration forms or pledge software, handling food trucks and snacks, selecting prizes, day-of logistics, and/or volunteer coordination. Contact walkathon@imaipta.org and we’ll find a role for you!

LUNCHTIME PARENT VOLUNTEERS to SUPERVISE CLUBS: Are you available once a week during lunch hour? Help create a fun space for students to practice their engineering or chess skills. Materials already provided. To find out more, contact Principal Siam at asiam@mvwsd.org
