Hello Imai Parents,

We are SO excited that our beloved beloved end-of-year festival / carnival -- Eaglefest --  is just around the corner.  Eaglefest will be held on the Imai campus  on Friday, May 19, from 5 - 8 PM!

For families who didn't experience Hawkfest / Eaglefest in prior years, it's a carnival-like event with inflatable slides and obstacle courses, a climbing wall, face painting, a cake walk, a crafts booth, a photo booth, a DJ + karaoke), carnival games, cotton candy and food trucks!

Imai families (including parents and siblings) are all invited to attend. Best of all, the event and activities (other than food purchases) are FREE!

In order to pull off this amazing event, we will need each family who is attending to strongly consider taking a 30-45 minute volunteer shift! That's it...just 30 minutes per family in exchange for a super fun, kids-are-going-to-love-it, memorable event!

All of the jobs are super simple, and volunteer instructions will be provided ahead of time for anything that's not self-explanatory.
