Hello Imai Parents,

We are SO excited that our beloved end-of-year festival / carnival -- Eaglefest --  is just around the corner.  Eaglefest will be held on the Imai campus  on Friday, May 16,  from 5 - 8 PM!

For families who didn't experience Eaglefest in prior years, it's a carnival-like event with inflatable slides and obstacle courses, a climbing wall, face painting, a cake walk, a crafts booth, a photo booth, a DJ + karaoke, carnival games, cotton candy and food trucks!

Imai families (including parents and siblings) are all invited to attend. Best of all, the event and activities (other than food purchases) are FREE thanks to the generosity of the PTA and made possible by your volunteer support.

In order to pull off this amazing event, we will need each family who is attending to strongly consider taking AT LEAST ONE 45 minute volunteer shift! We have 108 shifts to fill so we need your help.  That's it...one shift per family in exchange for a super fun, kids-are-going-to-love-it, memorable event!

***NEW FOR 2025 - each parent volunteer gets a free cotton candy voucher for their student (or themselves!).  

All of the jobs are super simple, and volunteer instructions will be provided ahead of time for anything that's not self-explanatory.
