Are you ready for fun-filled Imai Community at its best? We hope to see you at Eaglefest and/or the Great Imai Campout this weekend! THANK YOU in advance to 100+ parent volunteers who signed up to help with check-in, snack sales, inflatable crowd control, cake walk (+ donations), karaoke, face painting, and clean-up. If you didn’t sign up for a volunteer shift, you can still model our Imai Community spirit - if you see an opportunity to help or to encourage safe and respectful behavior, please pitch in!

THIS WEEK’s HIGHLIGHTS:

• EAGLEFEST is TONIGHT, Fri, May 16 (5-8 pm): Flyer is attached, Karaoke sign-up here. FAQs below.

  • Where do I go when I arrive for Eaglefest? Please come to the MUR to check in. A parent/guardian (not a friend’s parent or an older sibling) must sign a PTA waiver to obtain a wristband for your child(ren). Each kid MUST have a wristband to participate in climbing wall or inflatables.

  • Is this a drop-off event? No. Children cannot attend on their own and MUST be under the supervision of an adult onsite. (This is primarily in the event that a child needs medical attention.) 

  • Can I come anytime? You may arrive and leave anytime between 5-8 pm, but check-in closes at 7 pm. (So, if you arrive after 7 pm, your kid will not be able to go on climbing wall or inflatables)

  • Is there food available for purchase? Yes, there will be 3 food trucks + Kona Ice and Baskin Robbins. Please also bring small bills if you’d like to purchase cotton candy, popcorn, and other snacks/drinks.

  • I signed up to volunteer. Where do I go? Volunteer instructions were already sent out via Konstella. Please check your email for specific instructions on where to go and what you’ll be doing. Also, at any time, give your name to the cotton candy station and receive your free, well-earned cotton candy!
