Hello Imai Community!
Just 2 weeks until the walkathon! As a community event, we can only help the event run smoothly and for the full 4 hours if we get enough helping hands!
We are asking each attending family to sign up for one shift. The last two walkathons we struggled to get enough volunteers which meant some parents volunteered the entire walkathon. If every attending family can volunteer for JUST ONE shift, we can easily fill all our shifts! p.s. the walkathon loves Dad volunteers!
A few key details: most shifts are for Saturday March 16 and a few are for the prep event the evening before.
Volunteers for Saturday will receive instructions for their volunteer role (all of which are super easy) a few days before the event. Instructions will include where to report and what to do.
