Hello Imai Community!

Just one month until the walkathon!  As a community event, we can only help the event run smoothly and for the full 4 hours if we get enough helping hands! 

We are asking each attending family to please sign up for one shift.  At the last PTA meeting we broke a record for attendance....let's try that again, by getting our volunteer sign up sheet filled by the end of February!  Once its filled you don't have to hear from us with endless  reminders. :)

A few key details: most shifts for Saturday March 18, and a few are for the prep event the evening before.

Volunteers for Saturday will receive instructions for their volunteer role (all of which are super easy) a few days before the event.  Instructions will include where to report and what to do. 

Lastly, we need one important role filled, which is 1-2 people who can be the "Track Leads" (help map out the track the night before, mark the field for the stakes and oversee the volunteers the morning of.  It is easier than it sounds).   Dads -- this is a great one for you! if you can help please reach out to walkathon@imaipta.org
