....we can get all of our inflatable volunteer shifts filled by tomorrow!
We can't leave the inflatables unattended so we need 11 more parents to please sign up HEREfor a 45-minute shift (as well as 10 more parents for face painting!). If we can't get the shifts filled, we will have no choice but to close those areas early on Friday.
FAQ:
Q: Why do they need to be filled by Wednesday?
A: That allows us time to send out volunteer instructions on Thursday.
Q: I volunteered last year for Eaglefest, why do I need to help again?
A: Since this is a FREE event we rely on over 100 parent volunteers to take a volunteer shift. In some cases, parents are taking 3 or 4 shifts to help us get enough coverage.
Q: I've never volunteered before -- how will I know what to do?
A: Most of the jobs are super easy + we will send detailed instructions by volunteer area on Thursday to make sure you know what to do.
Q: What's in it for me?
A: Most of the students at Imai name Eaglefest as the activity they love the most! Your 45 minutes of time will help us create wonderful memories for your child, give you a chance to meet other volunteers and help ensure our students can be safe. AND each volunteer gets a free cotton candy!
Please sign up today (and remember to sign your child up for Karaoke if they want to sing at Eaglefest!).
