• Auction Catalog: Preview ALL the great items, events & experiences that you can sign up or bid on at our auction. Share with your kids and find out what kid- or family-party they’re excited about. Remember - Spots for all these events are limited!
• Evening schedule:
  • 6:00 PM: Doors open for registration
  • 6:30 PM: Bar opens 
  • 7:00 PM: Silent auction & Parties sign up opens
  • 7:15 PM: Dinner is served 
  • 8:00 PM: Silent auction ends
  • 8:15 PM: Live Auction starts
  • 11:00 PM: Event ends
• Pre-Register: This saves you time when you arrive. The event is FREE to attend (including food and drink) but registration is required in advance or at the door.
• YMCA Evening Childcare: We have simplified the process.

  • Cost: $60 per child paid at drop off in CASH 
  • Details: Children must be aged 4 and older.  The hours are from 6pm -11pm.
