May can be a blur, so don’t forget to action on some fun, end-of-the-year events!

• Yearbook Reminders: Purchase your yearbook today. Final deadline is Sat, May 4 (that’s the end of this week)! Also seeking photos from recent events - Little Mermaid Musical, Children’s Business Fair, Open House. Upload them here.
• Teacher Appreciation Week on May 6-10: Keep an eye out for reminders on what to bring each day to show your teacher how much you appreciate them!
• Eaglefest on Fri, May 17 at 5-8 pm: Contact your room parent if you’d like to help coordinate. Volunteer sign-ups for day-of volunteering will be posted soon.
• Imai Campout on Sat, May 18 - Sun, May 19: Continue the Eaglefest fun... Pitch your tent, grab a s’more, and camp out OVERNIGHT with friends at school! Don’t miss out on a beloved family tradition and sign-up today.

YEARBOOK:  

• Purchase your yearbook ASAP by clicking here: https://tr5.treering.com/create-account/1015335719921389, so your kids don’t miss out on signing each other’s yearbooks at the end of the year! Deadline is May 4, 2024! 
• When purchasing your yearbook, please choose your teacher from the drop-down menu to ensure your kid’s yearbook is delivered directly to your kid’s classroom.

IMAI CAMPOUT - There’s still space, so sign up ASAP!

• Date: Sat, May 18th 3:30 pm - Sun, May 19th 10 am
• Location: Imai Field 
• Details: Pizza and salad dinner, dessert, and continental breakfast provided. Pitch a tent, enjoy some crafts or playing on the field, grab a s’more, sing campfire songs, and make fun memories with your Imai friends and families camping out at school!
• Cost per Family*: Suggested amount $200, minimum $50
• Please Note: The funds collected from new sign ups will go toward covering the expenses of the Camp Out, not the PTA (not a donation, so no tax deductible receipt)
