EAGLEFEST is just a week away! We hope to see EVERYONE at our year-end carnival next Friday, May 19, 5:00-8:00pm. Lots of food and fun for the whole Imai community! Everything but food purchases is free, sponsored by Imai PTA. Check your kids' Friday folders today for all the info you need, or see the flyer attached to this email.
- VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED: We ask every family attending to take one 30-minute volunteer shift to help supervise and operate our various stations. The jobs are easy and fun! If every family takes just one shift, we'll be fully covered. If not, things may have to shut down early. Sign up today!
- HELP WITH BAKED TREATS: Our Cakewalk is a fun activity for the kids, but we can't do it without lots of cakes, brownies & cookies. Please sign up on our Cake Walk Donation Page if you can provide at least a dozen home-baked or store-bought goodies. More details about what's required is on that page.
- WHO'S GONNA SING? Browse DJ Purple's song catalog and then sign up for a slot at the Karaoke stand. All are welcome to participate!
IMAI PTA Meeting next Wednesday evening: It's our last general meeting of the year! Please join us on Wednesday, May 17 at 7pm to hear updates from Principal Siam, other year-end wrap-ups, and vote on a few important budget amendments and our summer budget. It's a great way to learn more about what goes on at school and to meet other parents! Register/RSVP for the Zoom meeting here and meeting materials will be emailed a few hours ahead of the meeting..
