It was great to see so many of you supporting our Costume Swap last week! We’re looking forward to seeing some amazing costumes at Trunk or Treat tomorrow night. • Trunk or Treat is Friday Oct 24, 6-8pm: Families, come in your most spook-tecular costumes and collect your treats at the Imai parking lot. We look forward to seeing the boo-tifully decorated cars!

• Parents Night Out Fundraiser & Auction: Sat. 12/6

• Halloween Parade: Fri. 10/31, 8:15am at the Imai parking lot

• The whole parking lot will be closed off that morning so please plan accordingly.

• Yearbook: Pre-order by 10/31 to get 10% off and sign up to be a volunteer

DIWALI ASSEMBLIES

• Happy Diwali to those who celebrate! 🪔

• There are 2 assemblies scheduled for the students on Friday: 12:45-1:15pm (TK & K) and 1:30-2:00pm (1st-5th).

FALL BOOK SWAP

• Thanks to everyone who dropped off their books.

• The book swap team will set them out for distribution on Fri. 10/24:

• 2:30-3:30pm - by the lunch tables and at the YMCA after school program

• 6:00-8:00pm - from a car trunk at the Trunk or Treat event

• Any remaining books will be donated to the MV Public Library

PARENTS NIGHT OUT FUNDRAISER & AUCTION

Saturday, Dec 6th 5:30-11:00 PM at Levi's Stadium

• Host a Party: Parties, events and experiences are what our auction is centered around.

• The host decides on the activity, audience, date/time, and appropriate fee.

• Feel free to partner with other families to host.

• Money raised goes into enrichment funds for our students and school.

• The events serve as opportunities for everyone to get together and build a community.

• We are accepting party submissions until Nov 1.

• Donate for a silent auction item: Email auction@imaipta.org if you have an item you’re willing to donate. Examples:

• Memorabilia - signed jersey, trading cards, rare merchandise

• Vacation home or timeshare stays

• Event tickets to sporting events or concerts

• Personal skill - baking, face painting, pottery

• Pre-Register today: This saves you time when you arrive. The event is FREE to attend (including food and drink) but registration is required in advance or at the door.
