26th Annual Imai PTA Fundraiser  

CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU and the whole Imai parent/teacher community!

FINAL LOGISTICS:

• Pre-Register to avoid the line.

• Can a friend sign up for events on my behalf? YES!! If you cannot attend, please pre-register (right now!) and make sure your credit card information is saved ahead of the event. Your friend will be able to locate your bid number at check-in and use that number to sign up for things for you. 

• Walk-ins are welcome.

• Park at Yellow Lot 1 (5166 Stars and Stripes Dr, Santa Clara) - see map below

• Venue: Bourbon Steak (aka Tailgate restaurant), just past the “49ers Giant helmet” - see map below

• Evening schedule:

  • 5:30 PM: Doors open for check-in, bar opens 

  • 6:00 PM: Parties Signup & Silent Auction begin

  • 6:30 PM: Food is served (heavy appetizers)

  • 7:00 PM: Live Auction starts

  • 8:00 PM: Coin Flip/Games

  • 8:30 PM: Dancing (DJ!) and socializing

  • 11:00 PM: Event ends

REASONS TO ATTEND OUR FUNDRAISER:

• It is a FREE adults only PARTY. There is no obligation to buy or bid.

• A great opportunity to meet other Imai families and teachers.

• You can enjoy an evening out - great food, music, dancing, and an exciting live auction.

• Chance to sign up for wonderful parties for yourself and your family for the rest of the school year.

• Chance to bid on exclusive live auction items such as Principal for the Day, Imai Reserved Parking Spot, The Imai G.O.A.T., sports tickets, and much more!

• Raise money for our school.

• COMMUNITY BUILDING!! - By signing up for parties, students meet other students whom they wouldn't normally hang out with at school, and families/parents meet one another in a fun setting.

• The event will be held at “Bourbon Steak”, just past the “49ers Giant helmet” in the stadium. 

VOLUNTEERS:

• We can still use some extra hands at the event to help with set-up, check-in, live auction help, and clean-up. Please sign up here for a one-hour shift while you're there!

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS for THIS WEEK:

• Holiday Gift Card Drive: Thank you for the generous donations we’ve collected so far and we ask that you continue to send gift cards to Principal Siam so she can distribute to more families in need. We are asking for Safeway, Target, Walmart or Costco gift cards for families to be able to purchase groceries. Please email them to Principal Siam at asiam@mvwsd.org or bring them to the office.

• MVEF December Challenge Grant: Every dollar donated through Dec 31 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $26,000.

• Mountain View Educational Foundation (MVEF) (Tax ID: 77-0006770) funds TK-8 programs within the entire MVWSD.

• Contributions go towards art, music, hands-on science, and middle school sports, reduced English class sizes, and clubs.

• They have raised $530,000 so far in the 2025-26 school year.

• Help them reach their $1.2M goal by DONATING TODAY! (Don’t forget to check employee matching too.)

• After School Enrichment: Registration for Spring session (Jan-May) is OPEN!
