• Pre-Register: Registration is required in advance or at the door. Pre-register to save yourself time!
  • Can a friend sign up for events on my behalf? Yes! If you can not attend, please pre-register (right now!)  and make sure your credit card information is saved ahead of the event.  Your friend will be able to locate your bid number at check-in and use that number to sign up for things for you.

  • The event will be held in the “Tailgate restaurant”, just past the “49ers Giant helmet” in the stadium. 
• Evening schedule:
  • 6:00 PM: Doors open for registration
  • 6:30 PM: Bar opens 
  • 7:00 PM: Silent auction & Parties sign up opens
  • 7:15 PM: Dinner is served 
  • 8:00 PM: Silent auction ends
  • 8:15 PM: Live Auction starts
  • 11:00 PM: Event ends
