Imai PTA Auction Party
is just a few days away

Join the whole Imai parent/teacher community at our auction party this Saturday to sign up your kids (and yourselves) for future fun activities and events taking place through the rest of the school year.

Our auction catalog is online now! Check it out for a preview of ALL the great items, events & experiences that are up for bid at our auction.

AUCTION ITEM SPOTLIGHT: Today we feature a few of our fantastic, fun parties for adults being auctioned off on Saturday:

  • An Evening in Paris backyard dinner/drinks/desserts in May 2023 (Item 501)
  • Tacos & Tequila Party in May 2023 (Item 503)
  • Scavenger Hunt Party for Grownups in March 2023 (Item 505)
  • Mom's Haku Lei (Flower Crown) Hawaiian Brunch in April 2023 (Item 511)
  • Dad's Poker Night in March 2023 (Item 514)

There are many more items like these for adults, kids, and the whole family in our catalog of auction items. Spots for all these events are limited, and bids begin when gates open at our auction this Saturday, Oct. 1, at 6:30p.m.

Pre-register now to save time when you arrive on Saturday. The event is FREE to attend (including food and drink) but registration is required in advance or at the door.

PARKING AND LOGISTICS UPDATE: To be sure we're prepared for evening weather, we have indoor and outdoor spaces available. Mingling and eating will take place in outdoor spaces, and our bar and dinner buffet service will be indoors. Bring a mask and a jacket so everyone stays comfortable!

Our parking instructions have changed: See the attached map for the best places to park and best access to our auction party. Parking at the stadium is limited, so consider carpooling or taking a ride share service. About 15 spots are available adjacent to stadium on Tasman Blvd; about 25 spots are available next to the stadium on Marie P DeBartolo Way, and 75+ more spots are available 1 block east of the stadium on Stars & Stripes Drive (accessible via exit ramp off Tasman by the soccer park).
