Only 1 week away... our big auction party is almost here! You'll be glad you came!
Take these steps now to ensure a good time next weekend:
- PRE-REGISTER ONLINE TODAY. It'll save you time when you arrive, and it helps us prepare. The event is free to attend, and you can register on site, but we ask that you 'vault a credit card' to assist with checkout for any items you might purchase.
- Secure childcare at the Imai YMCA Kids Place if you need it. Email site director Diego Zamora to reserve a spot for registration instructions. $35 per child, open to Imai students and siblings aged 4 and up.
What is this event? It's a FREE, adults-only PARTY and it is a lot of fun! The party is Saturday evening, Oct. 1, outdoors at Levi's Stadium. Free to attend, including food, wine and beer. Registration and check-in begins at 6:00pm, bidding starts at 6:30.

Registration is now open: Register today to avoid the line and have a speedy check-in when you arrive. If you can't attend our event but you still want to bid on any items, pre-register to obtain your bidding number and a fiend can bid on your behalf.
What Kind of Items Will Be Up for Bid? We're all about the PARTY! We'll be auctioning off fun experiences for adults and kids alike. Don't miss out on the annual Imai Family Campout, the chance for your kid to be "Principal for a Day," reserved seating at your kid's concerts/plays and other performances, special grade-level parties featuring your kids favorite Imai teachers and staff, and the Imai Family Movie Night. There are also fun adults-only activities, including Tacos and Tequila Tasting, the Scavenger Party for Grownups, an Evening in Paris, Dads Poker Night, and so much more!
The silent auction will also feature a chance at Reserved Parking at Imai for a year, a 49ers VIP Experience, and much, much more!
It's the biggest night of the year for the Imai Parent & Teacher community and a big fundraiser for Imai PTA. Don't miss it!
