A message from the Nominating Committee

Dear Imai Parents,

We need YOU to help sustain our PTA and the good work we do! We at the Nominating Committee have been working to fill the PTA Executive Board and support roles for next school year. All roles are critical to maintaining the high quality programs at our school. We have a few positions that must be filled in order to have a functioning PTA. Most roles require a pre-defined time commitment, and this is a wonderful opportunity to meet other Imai parents and connect with the school community.

We are currently looking to identify candidates for the following roles for next school year:

• Treasurer (Board role)

• Staff Appreciation Coordinator (Committee role) 

If we are unable to fill these roles by February 18th, Imai will not have a PTA next year. Without the PTA, beloved classroom programs, teacher support, auction parties, walkathon, staff appreciation, book fair, Eaglefest and more will not be possible.

The good news is that many experienced and supportive parents have committed to fill the other key roles, so you’ll be joining a team of reliable, competent and fun individuals. They are here to assist and help transition as needed.
