- PARENTS NEEDED for PTA Leadership in 2023-24
- Walkathon: T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST ending Friday
- Walkathon REGISTRATION and PLEDGE DRIVE start next week
PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Imai Parents, we need YOU to help sustain our PTA and the good work we do! Will you consider taking a more active role at our school? Our Nominating Committee has been working to fill the PTA Executive Board and support roles for next school year. We have a few positions that must be filled in order to have a functioning PTA, but all roles are crucial to maintaining the high quality programs our school has been offering our kids. Most roles require a minimal time commitment, and this is a great way to meet other Imai parents and connect with the community.
We are happy to provide you with more details on all open roles. As of now, we are looking to fill the following Board roles:
- Executive VP
- Secretary
- VP Volunteers
Plus, we need volunteer leads for organizing the Auction, our Yearbook, and the Scholastic Book Fair.
In any role, you'll have an amazing support group of other parent volunteers to help you. Please email susanryantighe@gmail.com with any questions and lend your support.
WALKATHON T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST ENDS FRIDAY: Get your student artists busy! Our walkathon t-shirt design contest is open just thru tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 10. The winning designer will receive a free art kit and a free Kona Ice at the walkathon! See the attached flyer for full details and rules.
WALKATHON REGISTRATION / PLEDGE PAGES OPEN NEXT WEEK: Don't forget to mark your calendars to participate in our 2nd Annual Imai Walkathon (Saturday, March 18). Get ready to start planning, as our registration and pledge pages open up next week! Links will be sent out on Monday morning. There'll be lots of fun and great prizes. Stay tuned for more updates next week!
