5th Annual Imai Walkathon

It’s time to lace up your moon boots and get ready for a mission like no other! We are thrilled to officially kick off our annual school walkathon. This year’s theme is "Soaring into the Stars", and we are aiming for a fun-filled day that is truly out of this world. Every step our students take helps our school community reach new heights!

🕤 Time: 9:30AM – 1:30PM

📍 Location: Imai School Field

💫 T-shirt Design Contest 💫

We are calling on all explorers, dreamers, and artists to submit their best space-themed artwork. The winning design will be featured on the front of every T-shirt worn during the walkathon!

Theme: “Soaring into the Stars” (Think rockets, planets, space, stars, and school spirit!)

Format: Standard 8.5” x 11” white paper; full name and grade on the back of the paper.

Requirements: Keep designs simple, use clean lines, and a MAX OF 4 COLORS (black counts as one color). If the design has more than 4 colors, we CAN’T consider your entry. No Canva templates, AI image generators, etc.

Eligibility: Open to all students, Grades TK-5th

Deadline: Submit entries to the front office by Friday, Feb 6, 2026

Winner and runner-ups receive a free Kona ice snow cone at the event! Additional details of the T-shirt Design Contest can be found in the attached doc.
