Walkathon - 60+ Day-Of VOLUNTEERS needed; Order your Yearbook

 THIS WEEK’s HIGHLIGHTS:

  • WALKATHON Reminders: Less than 2 weeks to go! Students and parents, we need YOUR HELP to make this event a success!
    • Register before Mon, Mar 10. Cost is $13 per student/sibling walker. Top 2 classes with highest participation win a Popsicle Party!
    • Sign up to VOLUNTEER at the Walkathon (Sat, Mar 15). Help set up the track, check people in, mark laps, hand out prizes, etc. More than half the school (200+ walkers) has signed up already, so if EVERY attending family signs up for ONE 1-hr shift, we can easily fill each volunteer slot! There are ~60 slots still open, and the sooner they’re filled, the sooner the Walkathon Planning Committee will breathe a sigh of relief.

  • Yearbook Announcements: See Imai PTA’s Yearbook page for more details
    • Order your yearbook: Cost is $30 + tax. If you’re not sure if you ordered your yearbook, click the link, sign in via (or create a) Tree Ring account, and if you are prompted to buy - please proceed. Please update with your student’s teacher when prompted.
    • Yearbook Cover Contest submissions due Fri, Mar 21. See flyer for details and guidelines.
  • Principal’s Reminders: See Imai Gazette for more details
    • Celebrating Women’s Voices Assembly on Mon, Mar 24 at 8:30-10 am.  Each year, our students are INSPIRED by women in our school community who share about their career path and life experiences. We would be honored to include YOUR story! Please indicate your interest by filling out this form (due Fri, Mar 14).
  • MVEF Spring Gala on Sat, Apr 26 at Los Altos Community Center: This annual event raises over 10% of the annual fundraising goal of $1.2M to support programs across MVWSD.
    • Early Bird tickets are available for purchase here until Mar 25. 
    • If you’d like to donate an item that can be auctioned at the Gala, please click here.
