Congrats on a fantastic first week—it was wonderful reconnecting with returning families and welcoming new ones to Imai! As we head into the weekend, remember that the PTA works year-round to enrich our school community, and we rely on volunteers to make it all happen. KONSTELLA REMINDERS

Please place your student into their classroom on Konstella. The PTA and room parents use Konstella to share news and updates frequently, and it also helps parents and teachers in your classroom communicate with each other.

On a computer: Log into Konstella.com → Click on your name at the top left → Select "Your Children" and then, for each student, "Join Classroom" to place your students in their respective rooms.

On the Konstella App: Click on the settings symbol at the top left → Select “Your Children” and then, for each student, “Join Classroom” to place your students in their respective rooms.

If you are new to Konstella:
-
Go to https://www.konstella.com/p/imai → Enter email address → Click “Join as a parent” → Check email for an invitation from Konstella, and Click “Join Imai Parents // Imai PTA”. Then follow the above directions to join a classroom.

If you use Konstella with another school but not Imai:
-
Email communications@imaipta.org to get an invitation email, then proceed with the instructions above.
FALL AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT CLASSES

Registration is open for After School Programs for Sep - Dec 2026. The list of classes and registration details can be found here: www.imaipta.org/after-school

Coach Ken Soccer starts next week, most classes start after Labor Day.

Mandarin Chinese After School by Hai Chinese, daily after school program until 6pm.

For classes that are full, please register for the waitlist to indicate interest and they may add capacity. Classes that do not meet minimum enrollment may be cancelled.

HELP US STOCK UP THE STAFF ROOM

We’re collecting donations to keep the break room fully stocked with quick snacks and refreshing beverages to power our staff through their busy days.

Please bring items to the front office/staff room, or do vendor delivery (e.g. Costco, Amazon) M-F BETWEEN 7:30AM AND 4:00PM ONLY.

BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT

You’ll have the opportunity to spend some time with your students’ teachers and learn about the exciting things they’ll be teaching throughout the year.

School will be a minimum day schedule (11:55am dismissal)
