Happy Halloween Eve to all Ghosts, Goblins and Ea-ghouls!🦅 We hope it was fun for those who came to Trunk or Treat last week! Thank you to the families and staff who contributed to this event, making it a safe and successful community gathering for all.

    • Come join our Annual Multicultural Potluck Celebration! The event will be held on Thursday, November 5 from 5:30–7pm.   • The last day to receive 10% off is tomorrow, October 31!

    • This is the lowest price of the year.

    • Each yearbook purchase comes with 2 free customizable pages. Order early to get started on your personalizations.

PARENTS NIGHT OUT FUNDRAISER AND AUCTION

Friday, Nov 13th 6–11 PM at Levi's Stadium

The big event is just 2 WEEKS AWAY and WE NEED MORE AUCTION PARTIES!! We had 71 parties last year, but only 21 at the moment. Can YOU help us make this fundraiser a success by hosting a party?!

By HOSTING A PARTY, EVENT OR EXPERIENCE, other Imai families can sign up to attend. This can be an event for adults, kids, or families. You host the event and decide how many people can attend, when it will happen, and what the appropriate fee is. Members of the Imai community will sign up to participate, which raises money for Imai AND builds our school community. If this is all new to you or you need help coming up with an idea, our auction team will be happy to walk you through!   • What is it? Our annual adults-only party! We raise money for our school and sign up for events that help us all build community with other Imai families.

  • What kind of items will be up for bid? Fun grade-level activities featuring your kid’s favorite teachers, Imai staff, and their classmates. Favorites include Principal for a Day, Family Movie Night, Tacos and Tequila tasting, fun challenges, and much, much more!

  • Great! How else can I help? We need EVERYONE’s help to make this party a success. Here are some things you can do:

    • DONATE for a silent auction item! Do you have a great item for a silent auction you're willing to donate to Imai, or know someone who does? Do you have a timeshare or vacation property you're willing to donate a few days at? Access to a special event (e.g., sporting event, concert or performance) or a wonderful skill you'd be willing to share with the Imai community? We need your help! If you have an item or an event you want to include in the auction or want to get involved in helping to plan it please email us at auction@imaipta.org.

    • REGISTER and COME to Parents' Night Out on Nov 13th—enjoy a night out with your fellow Imai parents and teachers making this event a success. You'll be glad you did! Register HERE
