Happy Halloween to all Ghosts, Goblins and Ea-ghouls!🦅 We hope it was fun for those who came to Trunk or Treat last week! Thank you to the families and staff who poured their energy and creativity into this event, making it a safe and successful community gathering for all. • TODAY is the last day for Yearbook Early Bird discount!

• Parents Night Out Fundraiser and Auction

• *NEW* Holiday Gift Card Drive: It’s that time of the year where we start asking you for gift card donations for the holidays. The donated gift cards will be handed out to families in need in our community. We are asking for Safeway, Target, Walmart or Costco for parents to be able to purchase groceries. Please email them to Principal Siam at asiam@mvwsd.org or bring them to the office.

• *NEW* Winter Clothes Donation Drive: Clean and gently used adult, children, and baby winter clothes can be donated to the Imai school office through Fri, Nov 14.

• *NEW* Multicultural Night 11/13/25: This event is the perfect opportunity to share your culture with the Imai community. Fill out the RSVP form if you plan to attend, bring a dish, share your culture through performance, or all of the above!

• The last day to receive 10% off is today. Each yearbook purchase comes with 2 free customizable pages.

• The yearbook team is looking for more volunteers to help complete the pages by April. No prior skills required! If you can help, please SIGN UP HERE.

• The Auction is a FREE, ADULTS ONLY PARTY on December 6th at Levi's stadium, and it is a lot of fun!

• Registration for the auction is now OPEN! Register today to avoid the line.

• We need your support! Help us build a robust catalog by hosting a simple party or experience. You don't just donate an item—you provide a fun, shared experience that truly brings our community together.

• Party submissions are DUE 11/1.

• Here are some party hosting FAQ’s.

• Need help coming up with an idea? Email the auction team at auction@imaipta.org. 

• Donate for a silent auction item: Email auction@imaipta.org if you have an item you’re willing to donate. Examples:

• Memorabilia - signed jersey, trading cards, rare merchandise

• Vacation home or timeshare stays

• Event tickets to sporting events or concerts

• Personal skill - baking, face painting, pottery
