Hello, iMiddle Parents and Students-
We realize our students have been working really hard during this year's online learning. We also realize it has been quite stressful for many students and parents. So in order to provide students a break and have some fun, we will have a special event day.
This Friday, October 30, we will be having our 1st and hopefully last Distance Learning Halloween Carnival. ASB, with teacher and student suggestions, has compiled a bunch of fun activities for the students. There are several options for students to participate in during the day.
Pumpkin Decorating/Carving Contest - Students decorate or carve their pumpkin at home and show it to their Advisory class on Friday. The teacher will create a Zoom Poll, and students will vote for the winner. The top 2 from each class will be submitted for the school competition. That vote will take place Monday during Advisory, and the results will be posted Tuesday.
Costume Contest - Students wear their "School Appropriate" costume during Advisory. The teacher will create a Zoom Poll, and students will vote for the winner. The top 2 from each class will be submitted for the school competition. That vote will take place Monday during Advisory, and the results will be posted Tuesday.
Staff Costume Contest - Dress up and share your picture or share a picture of a past costume. Students will vote for the best costume.
Scary Kahoot - Science is putting this together.
White Board Pictionary- (Halloween theme)
Spooky Charades - (Halloween theme)
Students MUST participate to earn ticket(s) for raffle prizes. The more participation, the more chances to be a winner. Just a fun filled day, let’s make it a successful event.
Have a safe Halloween 🎃
