iParties are held once per reporting period (4x per year) to reward students for good grades, citizenship and attendance. iParties are scheduled during Advisory on the following Wednesdays during the 2018/19 school year: 10/24, 12/12, 3/20 and 5/8.
We need 4 parent volunteers to help set up and distribute snacks during the iParties from 11:00am - 12:30pm. Students whose parents volunteer will receive extra snack tickets. (The actual iParty takes place from 11:50am - 12:50pm)
We also need one Parent to volunteer to be the iParty Chair. This person will be the point person with the school in coordinating the iParty and ensures that the snacks and supplies are purchased, delivered and set up beforehand and confirms volunteers for each iParty.
