Hello Golden Owls,
Music has a way of weaving itself into the stories of our lives, connecting us to positive encounters and enchanting moments. And what a fun evening it was at Vargas Elementary’s first-ever Dance on the Wild Side celebration on Thursday! Thanks to all who were present and helped to make this an especially memorable event for Vargas Owls. A huge thank you to everyone who brought this event to life through planning, contributing their ideas, and execution. A lot of time goes into that, and we appreciate everyone’s dedication. A special shoutout to Leah, our energetic and fun-loving event lead, for setting the scene with wild decorations that added so much to the excitement!

We’re also incredibly lucky to have such an engaged and dedicated Lion Principal, who leads our Golden Owls with a strong presence and encouraging voice, not just during school hours, but also through the many after-school events that bring our community together. And to our wonderful teachers who joined the party, thank you for dancing, supporting, and making this debut dance party even more meaningful.

Certain songs and dance moves will always bring back the joy and good vibes of this night, and we’re grateful for a community that shows up, celebrates, and creates lasting memories together.
