Join Us for the 1st Planning Committee meeting

Thursday February 15, 2018

 7:30 pm

(we will begin immediately after the PTA meeting)

 

We hope you can be a part of this years planning committee.  The Auction raises money for the PTA to help fund activities for our Jeffers Hill Students and Staff.   

 

Can't make it? Don't worry, sign up for a committee and you will get more information about other meetings and activities.

Each grade will be assigned a theme. Committee members will work on getting donations from the families and create a basket(s) to auction off.

During the auction, the kids will need some entertainment and fun activities. Help plan the fun.

Live Auction Signed Up: 1 / 5

Each year JHES teachers and staff donate auction items (principal for the day, Fire Marshall for the day, play a basket ball game with Mr. Vanisko, etc) Help solicit items for teachers and staff.
