Hello Jie Ming Families and friends,

 

 

Now that the Chinese New Year program has been moved to Friday,  February 15th we need to make sure that we have all of our volunteer positions still covered.  We understand that the change of date, for this event, may or may not work for families.

 

I need families to do the following.  Please review the Konstella sign up to ensure that it accurately reflects your availability:

  • If you are no are no longer able to volunteer for you assigned shift, please withdraw from the sign up and/or contact Joanne Cryer at joanne.cryer@live.com, ASAP.
  • If you are now available to volunteer please sign up for a shift or contact Joanne Cryer at joanne.cryer@live.com.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this as we need to ensure that we have proper volunteer coverage.

 

 

For those who have not signed up yet, below are a list of the jobs and the time commitment associated.  All of the roles are either before or after the event.  Have no fear, you will not miss the performance.

  

Volunteers will be needed as early as 2:00 pm and as late as 9:30 pm.

Note:  For those individuals that will be volunteering for set/up and decorations (2:00 pm - 4:00 pm), dinner will be provided.

 

Please check in at the Volunteer table when you arrive at the school to get instructions, locations, etc.
