the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) presents “DPR Rec Day,” a free sports and recreation festival full of fun and engaging activities for the entire family to enjoy.

Come experience the power of play with every fun activity in the city at DPR Rec Day

from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Randall Field,

South Capital and I Streets, SW.

Attendees of DPR Rec Day will enjoy

food,

giveaways,

vendors,

and live music from Proper Utensils featuring Jas Funk

and

Pan Masters Steel Drum Orchestra.

The event also highlights a host of social and spectator DPR activities including:

rock climbing,

bubble soccer, pickleball,

kickball,

yoga,

Zumba,

spin cycling class, moon bounces,

face painting,

video games,

tennis,

rugby,

ultimate frisbee,

girl’s basketball and Tiny Might flag football

amateur boxing matches,
